They are open-minded with a wide range of interests. Agrupamento de Escolas Latino Coelho is a group of schools where new competencies and ways of acquiring them have always been the main goal. To develop students’ language competences many ideas have been implemented in the school curriculum. We implemented clubs of English and French where songs, interactive books, and computer programmes are the main ways of learning languages and through the eTwinning platform. Another program, the National Reading Plan and the National Maths Plan have increased the reading and the maths in the schools. The teachers took part in an Erasmus+ KA1 (training) which has improved the teaching methodologies and competencies. International cooperation projects are a significant part of the educational project of our school and a large number of teachers, as well as the school administration, are experienced in international school exchange activities. Most of the teachers have been involved in projects such as Comenius, Erasmus+ KA1, Etwinning projects and Etwinning training, European exchanges and study visits (teachers and students). We 've been developing Erasmus+, KA2: „Multilingualism for a sustainable society” and „Learning with the Arts”. All members of the group receive teacher-training students every year in French, English, and Spanish and are well connected with university. There are ICT skills within the group because we have professional courses and courses for adults in this area. Our school and the staff of the administrative services are opened to the rules and forms of these projects. We are a school that has a center of training teachers and very worried about the professional development of the teachers. A lot of teachers are trainers of languages (Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish), education for citizenship, science and teaching supervising as well as ICT tools. The people involved in this application are the following: Isilda Maria Afonso: Coordinator of Erasmus + Projects at school. Teacher and Coordinator Languages Department . Lúcia Lucena: Assistant to the school's management team and head of finance in Erasmus+ Projects at school. Teachers of languages, Maths, Sciences , ICT and Arts who have already been involved in Erasmus+ Projects. José Rocha: Headmaster of Agrupamento de Escolas Latino Coelho. They have all been involved in different European programmes connected with foreign languages and cultural aspects in recent years, taking part in training courses or forming themselves throughout the year in etwinning seminars. Therefore, we are convinced that they are the appropriate type of staff to carry out this project.
